FIREMAN'S BREAKFAST

This is such a fun tradition for our family. We wake up to the old siren being rang { we live so close it really wakes us up} Some would get mad but Max gets right out of bed and is ready to go... very unusual for him:)

Max asks all year long "when is the fireman breakfast?" I remember going as a little girl to the old fire station ,down on Main St and Center St., with my Grandma Cobbley. My Grandpa Cobbley was a firefighter well over 50 years ago. It is fun to show my kids his pictures at the fire station.

Kate was grumpy after being woke up to go but we walked in the door and there is Smokey the bear and she perked right up! The rest of breakfast was her saying bear...bear...bear!!! This was another fun year eating breakfast with the fireman :)

MISS MAIYA'S BIRTHDAY

We had a busy day, after the fireman's breakfast we loaded up and headed for Ogden!!! It was MISS MAIYA'S 5th Birthday on Thursday so we went today to wish her well! The kids had so much fun with their cousins! Max got her a slip and slide for her birthday and they broke it out ASAP for wet & wild fun! Happy Birthday Mayia! We love ya cupcake! I think it was just yesterday you and Max were toddling around together! Thanks for the fun afternoon :)

Max's Graduation Day

Max was so excited for his last day of school on Friday! This year was extra special, it was Mrs. Sherrie's last year of teaching preschool and there were only 5 other kids in his class! He got a lot of one on one time! Max loved school this year and is so excited for kindergarten. His favorite things were the weather bear, singing time and show n tell.

Trampoline Fun!!!

We finally gave in and bought a trampoline for the kids last weekend. Kate is pretty unsure but Max is in heaven. He will jump and jump for hours. I have got on with him a few times, I will be doing back flips again!{and I have not peed my pants either} :)

New fun stuff

I am addicted! Jake got me Photoshop Elements for Mothers Day and I am having so much fun learning what I can do with it. He uses big boy Photoshop and I am not smart enough nor have enough money to buy it. Hayley Anderson did some pictures for us a few weeks ago and here are some of my fav's. She gets such candid shots and I love them. Kate has such an attitude and Hayley caught it! And of course Max is Mr Photo himself.

KINDERGARTEN DAYS!!

Ouch they poked my finger!!!!

Today Max had kindergarten Days at the pediatrician's office. It was fun they gave him his kindergarten passport and he had to travel to different places. First was his height 43.5 inches and weight 41 lbs. Then did a vision test, and he can see well, next his BP 88/50 perfect. Finally they poked his finger to check for rainbow blood but his was healthy RED and then Dr. Arnold came and saw him and he is healthy and growing well. {We won't talk about the 4 shots!} It was very cute at each stop he got a prize and left with a bag of toys. They took a picture of Max and Dr Arnold for his passport and on the way out the door, I am sure to soothe the tears, he got milk and cookies. I just love Alpine Ped's and Dr Arnold is the best! Well it official Dr Arnold said Max is now ready for kindergarten in the fall!! My little boy is growing up :)

The TRAINING WHEELS are OFF

Max is the man! Today when I picked him up from school he asked to take his training wheels off of his bike. 15 mins later he was cruising around! If that boy puts his mind to something he does it. Way to go Max!!

I feel like time keeps moving faster and faster each day. I can believe Max is 5 and Kate is closer to 2 each day. Kate is so lucky to have Max as her big brother. The first picture is of them playing house. They are pretending to be asleep,well Max is and Kate had the giggles. Kate is always the Mom and Max is the brother. I love to see them play and grow together. I always say I wish they were still babies but I truly love seeing them learn and experience new things :) I love you monkey's
