We are getting closer...

I am so happy, the carpenter is done with the finish work so now all we have to do is caulk, fill nail holes, paint trim, touch up wall paint and the bedrooms will be done. Yahoo! Here are a few pictures. This is in the old part of the house and they have so much character. We tried to keep some of the unique features that were there before, but make them a little more accommodating.

We ♥ Strawberry Days

What a busy week we have had. We love this time of year and is was extra fun because both of my brothers and families were here this year. It has been quite awhile since that has been the case. Of course we have eaten too many strawberries, spent too much money at the carnival and had lots of fun.

Jake even showed his face at the parade for a minute!

Great-Grandma Montgomery came for lunch. I think she is 85. What a great picture for us to have with her,my dad and all the grandkids.

Kate loving the roller coaster. This kid is fearless. She wanted to go on the Zipper!

Max after his carnival fun rides. I think he is really dizzy and tired! He is getting so much more daring. He went on the Ball of Fire with Graham. It was not that long ago he would not even go on the kiddie roller coaster. You are awesome Max!

It is Saturday night, the sun has gone down, the tickets are gone, one more snowcone and cotton candy for us..... UNTIL NEXT YEAR!!!

The count down....

I can't believe June is here and that means this is the month! We have three weeks and little baby boy Sutch will be here. We still have not decided on a name but we still have plenty of time :) I can't wait to meet him, count his little toes and fingers, smooch on his cheeks and stare at him for hours! How much hair will he have, will he have hair? Who is he going to look like? How much will he weigh?? I am excited for his big brother and sister to meet him for the first time. The other night I told Kate that soon and our baby would be here. She said, "He is here in your belly." When I explained he would come out of my belly the look on her face was priceless. "You mean we will get to hold him? Even me?" she squeals! I won't lie, I am getting scared about having 3 kids but let the adventure begin! Now I just have to wait and complain about my elephant feet & ankles.
