Robyn and the ladies on GTU

Today was Robyns big day on Good Things Utah! She was a natural, she just jumped right in and never missed a beat! Nicea and Reagan said how great she did and could not believe she was not even nervous. Watch out Angie ( that is who she was filling in for) they may call you and tell you not to come back. My favorite was was the cooking segment and the craft. I love that they are wrapping up and Robyn is still adding touches to her craft! If you have the chance to go be in the audience it is fun! Good Job Robyn, the girls that are next to guest host better bring it! ......

Easter Eggstravaganza

Happy Easter!! Wow what a weekend, Max and Kate have enjoyed 3 egg hunts. Of course we had the Annual Sutch Arena Hunt! This was Kate's first year and did not like being locked in the cattle shoots. She let us all know about it. It is so fun to gather as family and friends, and I am thankful we have so many close by. Sorry about all the pictures but we got a new digital SLR camera this weekend. I have been snapping pictures like crazy!!!! Thank you baby for my new toy.

While everyone is stretching and getting warmed up for the BIg eASteR EgG HuNTS..... I had to post this picture. Check out the 2 ADULT women(no children with them) running at the top of the picture. This is at PG City's hunt in 2005 in the age 3 and under section???? Jake had to restrain me they were pushing down little kids to get to the eggs. I did get free and gave them a piece of my mind. Kates new haircut

Girls day at the salon

Yesterday Katelyn Saige went to the salon and got a big girl haircut. I hate to say it but this is haircut number 4. She gets the sheep dog look easily and so we have to keep it trimmed. Its a good thing we have our great stylist Robyn. Kate was so cute. She sat so good just jabbering, or gossiping, with Rob just like a regular at the salon. I can't believe how grown up she looks. My how time flies...

Fun treat for Easter

I can't believe that Easter is in 2 weeks. Here is a fun recipe from Kraft foods. It looks very easy and really cute. Max saw it and is ready to bake; he wants to take them to his friends at preschool. Check out the link at the bottom to see what they look like.

Fluffy Bunny Cupcakes

Prep Time:15 min
Total Time:1 hr 10 min
Makes:2 doz. or 24 servings, one cupcake each
1 pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
6 drops food coloring, any color
24 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
2 Tbsp. colored sugar
decorating gel
PREPARE and bake cake mix as directed on package for 24 cupcakes; cool completely.
TINT whipped topping with food coloring. Spread about 2 Tbsp. of the whipped topping onto each cupcake.
CUT each marshmallow crosswise in half with clean kitchen scissors. Press cut-sides of 24 of the marshmallow halves into colored sugar; flatten each slightly for the bunny's face. Cut through center of each of the remaining 24 marshmallow halves to within 1/4 inch of opposite side; separate pieces slightly to resemble the bunny's ears. Press cut-sides of each ear into colored sugar; flatten slightly. Arrange faces and ears on tops of cupcakes. Decorate faces with gel. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cover and store any leftover cupcakes in refrigerator.

Mustache March

No this is not Jakes most recent mug shot.....it is for mustache March. At Wahoo Studios(Jakes work) it is the 1st annual Mustache March contest.He had to go clean shaved to work yesterday and as the official rules state he has to shave everything but the stache weekly until the end of the month. I am a little leery of facial hair, but i'll be a good sport. It will be fun to see the porn star look unveil itself. I'll keep you posted

Here we go....

Well Rob I took your challange and here we go.... my blog. I don't think I will be as faithful as some but it will be fun to keep my family and friends up to date. We are not too exciting so the last exciting thing we did was a little jaunt to St. George....it wasn't quite what we had planned. Kate got the stomach flu and that killed most of our plans.We did end up having a really good time and Max loved the Bear Paw....and his giant hot cocoa. We spent a lot of time at the pool and playing outside. It was great, thanks Grandpa and Grandma Sutch for inviting us to invade you relaxing vacation.
