The MIGHTY undefeated VIKINGS

Flag football this year has been very entertaining... Max is on the Vikings and they are a pretty good team. We have been told they are very aggressive team but it is football people. He has the same awesome coach as last year and really has had fun. The boys have caught on to the game and are fun to watch!

Nicholas's big day

Sweet little Nicholas was blessed today at it was a beautiful day to celebrate. Our awesome neighbor/bishop blessed him and it was so sweet. I really appreciate him. We are very thankful for our family and friends that came to support us. It was so nice to spend a beautiful fall morning with people you love! We are so blessed to have Nick in our family and I am so lucky to be a Mom to such a beautiful, sweet baby! We love you little man!

An evening under the stars

Tonight we went had a great evening listening to great music in the great outdoors. Jarret Burns put on a benefit concert for Now I can physical therapy, http://www.nowican.org/ . Jake's boss's son receives therapy there and from what I learned tonight it is a great place, doing great things for kids with disabilities. The kids had a lot of fun. Max liked the music,Kate really knows how to shake it and Nick loves being outside and music. He was so happy to lay and kick and smile. We have been parting non stop since Thursday for Jake's Birthday. We went to Lion King Thursday night, had a party for him last night and tonight this....all well deserved!

Our Weekend

Sunday afternoon we went up to the Phillips family reunion in Hobble Creek Canyon. The kids had lots of fun and were both disappointed we did not camp this year. I was not up for camping with little Nick. Hopefully next year.

Max and Jake playing baseball
Kate goofing off under the blanket
Max and the boys trying to catch a fish.

Miss Mustacheo

Check out the drool on his face. I caught Kate letting him suck on her little bread stick from her cheese and crackers. He was really enjoying it. He is giving her the eye code for "more please".

On Monday we took Max's car that Papa Ned gave him to the other grandpa's to store it there. We thought he would have more room to ride it. I think the adults had just as much fun driving it.

Mom and Kate going fast as lightening. Kate was having a fit...

I love her face you would have thought we were on the Salt Flats doing 200 MPH

Grandpa Sutch taking his turn. He already has plans for the big renovation on it.
We made our final trip to the pool, for the season, Friday night :( I love summer so much it makes me sad it is over. I hope we have a nice pleasant Fall. No snow too soon, I think I am allergic.

I wish...

I really, really want to go to the ocean. I have been dreaming of the ocean, when I think about it I can smell it, hear it and feel the sand between my toes. I guess it is good to have dreams.....

Nicholas....

Nicholas is 2 months old and I can't believe how fast it has gone. He weighs 11 lbs 6 oz, at 2 months he weighs the most out of my kids. He is a very mellow baby but when he has lost his patients he will let you know. He smiles a lot if you come by in the morning. He loves to coo and blow bubbles when you talk to him. He loves to play and stick out his tongue when you do the same. He is sleeping through the night about 90% of the time. He is very strong and is already trying to push up on his knees on his tummy. He loves to snuggle but at times he is really hard to hold because he pushes and arches his back to get to the position he wants.I left him on the couch and came back the other day and he had made a quarter turn while on his back..yikes he is my mover already. He still has all of his hair and is growing a bunch of new in front.

He loves his big brother Max. What a bond they already have, if Nick is awake when Max gets home from school and Nick hears Max he starts kicking and looking for him. I wondered how Max would be with him and he loves him to death and will do anything to help me take care of him.

My little thumb sucker, it is so funny to watch him try to find it.

I love how much love, laughs, and happiness this little guy has brought to our family. I can't imagine life without him now!
