Holden heading out of the shoot.

Max and Maiya
Well another great year of mutton bustin at the Strawberry Days Rodeo! Max gets so excited to do this each year and I think this may be his last. He is skinny enough maybe we could tie his legs up so they do not drag in the dirt next year! This year was especially fun because he rode the same night as his good buddy Holden. Holden had a sweet ride I think he got 3rd. Max came out a little crooked on the sheep and did not last long but he loved every minute of it. Oh and he did not get the black sheep..watch your back Jason he means business! I love my tough little boy!

A BREAK IN THE RAIN CLOUD....

We actually had a brief moment of sunshine this morning so we went and fed the ducks. The ducks were hungry and the kids had so much fun.....

Firemans Breakfast

This is one of our family's favorite tradition, and this year Grandma and Grandpa Sutch joined us. Grandma is a night owl so this was early rising for her! I feel like after the fireman's breakfast, Strawberry days is right around the corner. YAHOO! Well Max waits all year for this and can't quite understand WHY they only do it once a year. He says "It's the BEST breakfast ever!" Like always we can't wait for next year!

Max you are the Man!

Well I can't believe that Max's first year of schools is over. We have had a week of fun, Tuesday was field day, Wednesday was dance festival, and today was his Graduation/Party! The dance festival was cute the kindergarten did a dance to Zipp a dee doo dah, I think they were the best! Today they had a little graduation and got to eat yummy snacks and play one last time on the Kindergarten playground. This age is so cute and I love how excited they are to learn. I am excited for him to be in school all day next year! And of course, Yeah for Summer and the pool!

HE DID IT!!!!!

Jake receiving his diploma

I am proud to say Jacob graduated yesterday from UVU with a Bachelors degree in Digital Media. He started his first semester when Max was just 2 wks old, we have both changed jobs twice, he is on his second laptop, we added Kate to our family, 2 stupid zoning violations from PG city :), his big screen TV died and we bought a new car! He is such a trooper and such a hard worker. He has always worked full time while going to school and at the least took 8 credit hours per semester and for the last 3 he has been full time. His GPA is 3.88 Magna Cum Lauda. He has only had 1 B and he was so bugged. I was always thrilled with my B's in college! He has always been on the Deans List! What an example to our children he is!

Jake with his proud parents!!!

Both Max and Kate came to the convocation and were so good. I was fun to watch Max, he kept saying help me find Dad again I want to see if he fell asleep. Kate was excited because she saw her daddy on TV! We had a fun day, we went to eat at Iggy's after and then, Max threw his dad a chocolate fountain party that evening! I am happy for Jake that now he will just have a full time job and not playing the student role too. And yeah for no more tuition payments! Too bad my honey do list is probably worse than school! I love you Jake, good job honey!
