Grandma Sutch had a Twilight party last night at her house. Grandpa had some big stumps in the field so we had a bonfire and roasted hot dogs and marshmallow's. Then we went and watched Twilight. It was fun, my camera died early so I did not get many pictures. I made cupcakes with fangs and blood and the boys loved it. They were out running in the field with there vampire teeth! The movie was pretty cheesey! Cindy and I were sporting our Bite me and Bella T's! We were hot! Ha Ha!Thanks for the fun night!

My new baby!!

Well we thought it was time to add to our family so we bought us a new car. It is used, but new to us. It was kind of a sad day to part with the Honda, it was 11 years old and we have had it for 10. I had been admiring this Armada for a few weeks now and after I drove it again on Saturday and I told it I loved it, Jake gave in and we bought it. It has so many buttons and features I don't know what to do. Some of my favorites is the pedals move forward for shorty's like me and my seat has a memory , heated leather seats, tons of room..and Jake's head clears! My kids think they have died and gone to heaven. I was worried about Max he gets attached to things but when saw it he said he liked it 100 %. And it is cool because it is black and that is his favorite color! I'll be a frequenter to the car wash for sure. Kate loves that she can see out!I guess it was worth the wait!Thank you Mr. Sutch!

We made it 1 week!!!!!
Well 1 week down and I hope many more to come. We have been trying to potty train Kate and so far so good. Because I am posting this it will probably jinks me now. Today she did not have any accidents! Max was a piece of cake and she has been a lot harder. Thank goodness for Dora and Princess panties because she does not want to pee on them. And my favorite was during the negotiation stages all she wanted was FIVE BUCKS so she could buy herself an American Girl bitty baby doll. I have been giving her a dollar each day and she is so proud of her cash! I am sorry but those little underwear bums are so cute!

Tonight we went up to the Draper Temple open house. It was fun, my Mom and Dad came with us. It is very pretty, I really loved the wood the rich color and grain was beautiful. So when we get in the car my parents ask Max what his favorite thing was and he said the stairs and the bathrooms. He is such a hoot, I asked him why the bathroom and he told me because he looked under one of the stall door and it had carpet! And it is always entertaining going with my dad because he gripes about this and that and he called someone an idiot. So you hear Max pipe up and say yeah Grandpa it looks like there are a lot of idiots here as we pull in to the parking lot! It was fun to go and for Max to see it.

Super fun weekend...sorry long post!
We had a very fun weekend! For Valentines Jake planned an entire day for me and a little for him. We went for pedicures and then we went tanning..when I say WE yes he joined me! After that we went to see Coraline and then to dinner at Porcupine Grill, one of our fav's, for dinner. It was so fun to have some US time. Thanks to my Mom for keeping the wee little ones.
And the other highlight to our weekend was our friends Justin and Jennifer invited us to Spring Haven Lodge up Hobble Creek Canyon. This lodge was huge and the most beautiful place! We went up Friday evening and Sunday for the day. They had to take us on a tour so if we got lost we could find our way and I am not kidding I think it is about 20,000 sq ft. The kids had so much fun! And they even have some new adopted Grandparents!
Sunday we went up and went sledding! Such cute Snow Bunnies!
This is the die hard Max. He had so much fun and ALWAYS had a HUGE smile on his face blasting down the hill! The Kid is fearless! The pictures don't do justice to how high up the hill he was!
Here was our first run down and Kate was so upset at the end because she had snow in her eye's! We were making the path so snow was flying! The snow was deep I would sink past my knee's hiking up the hill. She only made one more trip down and that was with Dad and we pulled her hat over her eye's to prevent snow in her eyes. See picture below...it did not help she did not want to go again! Her face is priceless she was so ticked!
Ohh bad wipe out by Max and notice last picture...GRIN from ear to ear and as he stops he yells WICKED!!!!!CLICK ON COLLAGE'S TO MAKE BIGGER
Jennifer even took a couple of trips down and she took a terrible spill but as you see she even smiled at the end too....
Justin's self portrait...
he was too good to attempt to break anything on the sledding hill!
The kids thought they died and went to heaven...the lodge had this playground and tree house. They ran and ran and ran. There was a basketball court, pool tables, foose ball, air hockey, ect ect ect.
