OUR FAVORITE MAGIC KINGDOM!!!

Sorry about all the pictures but we took so many. We had so much fun and we always loved coming back to the Magic Kingdom it was so magical! I hope we never forget how much fun we had! We are so LUCKY that Grandma & Grandpa Montgomery came with us...thanks for all the treats and ice cream! Again Daddy Again!!

We spent Wednesday, Sept 10, 2008 at Epcot...

aka Jake's Birthday!!

It was fun to see the big space ball you always see on TV. Well we got there and made it about 1/2 way around the world showcase the rain began to pour down on us....and never let up! Thanks hurricane IKE!

Mexico saved us from the rain in the world showcase. The kids really loved the boat tour Gran Fiesta with Donald Duck!

My dad said his favorite ride the whole time was Soarin! Max really like this too, Kate could not go so we did the parent swap and Max was so excited to take me on this. I was bummed we did not get to see the fireworks here at Epcot. We were going to come back this night but the rain never let up! The kids thought it was fun they had Kid Stops around and they could stop and color something or make these little mask! Kate had to stop at everyone she saw. They knew her at the one by Soarin while we waited she kept going back and they would continue to give her more things to color. We did not get a picture of all of us soaking wet in our poncho's .... this was the only day we had to where them. We really lucked out considering the hurricane situations!

ANIMAL KINGDOM

We went here on Monday and it was fun. We go to meet lot's of characters and I think every ones favorite was the Festival of the Lion King show. It was so cool. It was like the mini Broadway version. Kate was in heaven dancing and enjoying all the animals. I think my dad even got in to the music. Everyone but Max liked It's tough to be a bug but it freaked Max out and he shed a few tears. That was one of Grandma and Grandpa's favorite rides. Jake and I went on a roller coaster Expedition Everest that was Jakes favorite of the trip. We acutally came face to face with a Yeti! Yikes! It was pretty fun my stomach was sick so it must have been good!

The kids and Goofy!! This one is for you Denise! Our babysitter Denise told Max her favorite was Goofy so we had to get a picture with him everytime we saw him!

Kate was so cute she had to hug all the characters and most of the time she would not let go they would have to pry her little arms off of them!

This is the tree of life, the hand carved trunk has over 300 animal images on it.

We went on the Kilimanjaro Safari tour and saw a bunch of animals. It was neat. You felt like you were in Africa on a real safari! The Lions were sound asleep on their rock!

DISNEY'S HOLLYWOOD STUDIO'S

It was fun here but not my favorite. There was more for bigger kids, Jake and I went on the Tower of Terror and it scared the crap out of me! Max loved Star Tours and the Jedi Training show. Kate like the Beauty and the Beast musical. We all had a lot of fun on Toy Story Mania it is a brand new ride and had to wait 40 min to go on it. That was out longest wait the entire 6 days we were at the parks! We seemed to miss the characters here. We were at the park until early afternoon and when we got to the hotel it started pouring rain and rained the rest of the night so we spent it inside. That's OK our hotel was fabulous. When we got to our hotel the first day Max said this is a stinking rich hotel!! It was a 2 bedroom Villa and had a full kitchen/dining room and living room.

We got back today from Disney World and we had so much fun!!! Here are a couple of pictures and a lot more to come!!!

Kate's new obession

It is so cute Kate has started getting into movies and right now she just loves Enchanted. She tells me Giselle is cute and she walks around singing " I been DREAMING la la la true KISS". That is her version it is so dang cute. You can not always understand what words she is singing but you can tell by the tune. She actually can carry a tune {she did not get that from me} maybe she will be my little pop star! Ha ha!
